GARDEN TO PLATE

A Celebration of Fresh, Seasonal Flavours

Join internationally acclaimed Michelin starred chef **Bruno Loubet accompanied by Tracey Goebel and The Young Food Foragers ** for an inspiring day of live cooking as they transform simple, seasonal produce into beautiful dishes bursting with flavour. Throughout the day Bruno will share practical techniques, cooking tips and plenty of conversation, proving that fresh ingredients from your own garden can become extraordinary meals for family and friends.
10.00 am | From Garden to Plate
Watch the journey begin as Bruno prepares a collection of vibrant dishes celebrating fresh local produce, including charred BBQ leeks with macadamia and garden herb pesto, grilled home grown vegetables on smoky baba ghanoush with cheese crumble and edible flowers, roasted beetroot tartare with poached egg and a comforting baked pumpkin risotto.
11.15 am | Native Flavours Reimagined
Bruno is joined by Tracey Gobel from Native Oz Bushfoods for a lively exploration of Australia’s remarkable native ingredients. Together they demonstrate how everyday home cooking can be elevated with flavours such as wild seed dukkah, lemon myrtle mayonnaise and a range of uniquely Australian herbs and spices. Expect plenty of conversation, laughter and practical inspiration as world class cuisine meets the home kitchen.
12.30 pm | Young Garden Foragers
Discover how growing food can bring families together. Our young gardeners take centre stage as they harvest fresh seasonal produce from the Ediblescapes gardens before joining Bruno and Tracey to showcase how simple ingredients can become healthy, affordable and delicious family meals. This heartwarming session celebrates the next generation of growers and cooks while encouraging children to connect with food from the garden.
1.45 pm | Sweet Surprises Grand Finale

Watch these creative cooks transform humble ingredients into indulgent treats, including a silky parsnip and white chocolate mousse and an aromatic wattle seed tiramisu, with a few spontaneous surprises inspired by the day’s harvest. It’s the perfect finale to a day celebrating creativity, sustainability and the joy of sharing food.
